Totalling approximately 29,173 sqm of GFA, its GFA:Site plot ratio of 32.6:1 sqm and minimal setbacks can never be repeated under current planning controls. In fact, to achieve a similar GFA to East Sixty Three, a development would require a site in excess of 1,600 sqm.
